Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch can vary but is normally within 5 working days (not including Saturday and Sunday) I pack all of the parcels myself and they all receive the same care and attention so in busy periods it can take longer but I always will package your yarns and send them out to you as quickly as possible. 

 Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
