Contact me within: 14 days of delivery (email@example.com)
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Post it back to me (address provided upon contacting me), making sure to obtain a proof of postage and a photograph of the parcel.
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure returned items come back to me. In the event of the returned product going missing in transit, you are to pursue your postage provider for compensation as the product is legally yours until a refund is issued. Postage is to be at your expense and will not be reimbursed.
I do not accept cancellation of orders but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The Following Items Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
